Eyvind Hellstrøm is gourmet chef and boss at the restaurant Bagatelle in Oslo. He is most known for the running of the restaurant Bagatelle - the only restaurant in Norway, with two stars according to Michelin guide. He has been there since 1982. He is also author of several cookbooks, including Lutefisk, pinnekjøtt and other bagateller, Bagateller for children: wine and food in magical combination, and "Herregårdsmat". For his efforts as host for the TV program Hellstrøm cleaned up on TV3, he was selected as best male host during Gullruten 2009.
